to wear gloves if it ever pulls you to kick stop imediatley but it pulled me at such a speed a missed it 1st attempt if it had lifted me any more i would off been killed basicly
My old man is Head of Health & Safety for a large multi-national, and have heard of similar instances. The protocol is to stop any machine regardless of if it messes up the job, before you insert anything into the machine to retreive debris etc.
Your manager may get a bit of a b*llocking if he hasnt informed you of safe procedure to work on that machine but did you seriously think putting your hand into a moving, operating, heavyu duty machine was a good idea??

You can get free expert legal advice from any experienced solicitor who specialises in workplace injury claims and if you have a case they'll take it on, at no risk to you.

Why Kerching? I cant honestly believe the management of the company openly stating that they advise employees to do this risking harm to them and potentially a huge lawsuit. This is down to negligence in my opinion
why is it if thats how i was trained. Also would'nt concider legal advice unless I was sacked for it dew to no jobs out there and good money for what i do.
