Surely it's a function of limited availability of tickets? They'll surely sell out every week with the reduced capacity so may as well get as get as much as possible to make up for the missing golf stand tickets

If the £22 is to sit in the RM stand like Wigan did, it's good value based on the fact it's cheaper than what we've paid. Those 100 seats are usually unoccupied anyway.

I don't know what the capacity will be this year, but on the basis 630 seats have been lost (re the golf stand) and assuming the south terracing will continue to be used as overspill, then the capacity will be 10,500 less 630.

Best guess, based on the ticket office page and posts from here (I know), is that the RM seats are sold out, or nearly sold out. If you can get a ticket, they are £25 for adults. Not many will fancy that, perhaps, but not many will be available. Rovers fans can pay £22 to go in the East Stand or Well. Away fans will go in the golf stand, which might be operating at reduced capacity. The South will remain closed - not worth the cost of stewarding it was the suggestion iirc - perhaps being used only for the derby. As I say, just my guess. Prices don't affect me so much, as my main cost is train fare or petrol on my twice yearly visit. Those are entry prices are steep though. if and when we have a more suitable useful capacity, the optimum pricing structure would be different, I would hope and assume.

Thanks for the answer, i couldnt quite rememebr the capacity (11k or 10K)
I wonder what deals the likes of Wolves and Man City (in the past) had with temp seating, with the corner infills. Would a rental be viable?
