Seems like a great way of getting the young players much needed experience, so im wondering why we haven't got anyone out there doing it. Surely we have a few kids championship sides would want?

I'm sure I recall someone saying that if some of our better players were taken out of U20s then they wouldn't be competitive - something like that. Anyway that was then, and we must now have a lot more young uns coming through @ this level to compensate.
Didn't we strike up a deal with Workington a bit back?
I'm not sure about Workington mate, seems a bit far to be sending them.
Personally I don't think the competetiveness of our U20's should stand in the way of our better youngsters getting better experience, hopefully well see a few going out on dual registrations soon

Seems a strange team to dual register with to me, just for the travel on match days. Surely a Yorkshire team would be better, saying that the article doesn't mention dual registration, more of player exchanges.

We had another sort of deal that bore similar fruits to the Workington one previously.
Mike Smith's just composing the email to tie up the loose ends.
If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.
I do hope we loan/duel reg some of the younger players out, they would gain a lot of experiance I'm sure. One of the only players I think to go out on loan in recent years is Watts when he went out to Gateshead and it seemed to prove successful

Look at the date on the article.
