Suspected broken leg for Beamont(sp), Galea out for around a month with medial ligament injury, Josh strained ankle. Obviously nothing conformed though, Sandercock mentioned all this in interveiw.
More bad news surrounding injuries to key players at the club.
I don't see it as a job. It is a passion and love that we all share. Neil Hudgell
Regardless of who was injured, this friendly was an important part of our preparations. With it being a derby the intensity is increased.
Injuries to key or fringe players can happen in any game, and these may equally happen in the first 10 mins of our first Super League game. Those are the negatives, but the positives in the confidence and fitness levels far outweigh these in my opinion.

Feel for Beaumont - he had to recover from a career threatening back injury previously.
The others sound no worse than the sort of thing that happen week in week out in RL - scant consolation for those players, I guess. At least there's a couple of clear weeks to season's start now.
