I'd like to think so but the answer is I don't honestly know.

i doubt the will go to the trouble of putting covers on for us they wont want to pay the staff to doit,anyway it will be all rutted up after footy match and left to freeze thus leaving the pich dangerous,so methinks we gunna have to find something else to do sunday afternoon.

Is Andy Thompson the groundsman not employed by the SMC, or is he the sole property of the Rovers. I see no reason why a set of covers that can be used for a Saturday game cannot be used for a Sunday game or is it a question of cost/politics? If someone from the club could give us the answer please?

I look out of the window and see frost, just the same as yesterday.
The difference being it is not sunny yet. Hence the cloud is acting as an insulating blanket for the cold.
So it is not looking anything like promising.

They don't have dinner in Hunslet ... it's 'snap'.

we pay rent to use the stadium too so the pitch should be covered. I am gettin really peed of with all rovers fans saying that we damage their pitch. It is not just your pitch it is ours too, I am of the understanding that the rovers wud not have got the Keepmoat if we had not got involved. Really hope the game is on as I have been lookin forward to it since it was announced COYD
