I'm not sure the point you're trying to make is relevant. If all months were exactly the same length, then yes, but we had feb where people work 2 or 3 days shorter than other months for the same monthly salary or working an extra day in July for the same pay as you would get in June.

To the best of my knowledge usually all those months add up to 356 days, however this year being a leap year there is one extra day, hence working one extra day for nowt.

It will be a small pay back for the time some on here spend browsing this site at their employers expense!! swing and roundabouts I would say? I bet I know who is really losing out!!
