Dissapointed to hear that Agar is only taking 23 members of the squad to France. It is a joke, if you are a first team player you should be going regardless of the game time you will be getting throughout the season. If you was one of the players not selected to go you would be excused for being a little peeved.

There will be cost implications to consider though.

I was told last night we are taking 30 players plus 6 training staff.

certain players like Oli and Southern will not be going so as far as I know every full time contracted player should make the trip.

I also heard that it was 30, with Southern not going (wife expecting any time soon), Ollie (due to apendix) and Walshaw (for personal matters I think).

So where did you hear that there are only 23 and was it so reliable for you to consider it a 'joke'?

southern can't go because his wife is due to give birth anytime.

I think both of us heard it from the same person and lets face it if he isn't a reliable source I don't know who is.

A young player who since has been told he wont be going either. If that is not reliable I don't know what is.
