Congratulations to all on calendar-monthly salaries, I hope your employers are truly appreciative of you giving your labour free, gratis and for nothing on 29 February. Obviously this doesn't affect those on lunar-monthly salaries or those paid weekly/fortnightly.
I wonder if we'll have a statement at PMQs congratulating the workers of this country for doing their bit in these hard times?
