What's the problem with that?

If I was to seel a car overseas, I'd insist they paid by Western Union

I assume its because one of the major scams at the moment involves using Western Union

How can a seller be scammed on Western Union? Unless he ships before he's got the dosh in his grubby little mitts

That is not being scammed by Western Union, that is called being an out and out idiot.

If the seller is paid via Weatern Union he can't be scammed, he's got the dosh and can also keep the car if he wants to

Well i also thought the same, but I will be getting the money via paypal.

Somebody said earlier in this thread that once i have received money from the buyer, they can then cancel this if they tell Paypal it was an unauthorised transaction - therefore i lose the money and the car!

I would never use paypal for such a transaction and I use it every day.

Western Union or nothing in this case, with the possible exception of an on-line escrow service
