Decent crowd IMO. I was worried at the start of the game thinking even with the side you had out you would have 50 on us. We had watts out(for 75mins), hanbury, cross, briscoe, clarke, finnigan and our two new signings out. I know that was far from warring tons first team I just think until we have our full strength team out against one of the lower teams I can't really judge.
Scott Moore penalty machine but him and watts will provide a bit of fire in the belly for us. Mull ally and a couple of other lads played well.
Is it Williams the winger? Very exciting player
Back the bid - not back it until the going gets tough. WTID
From my completely unbiased viewpoint (Leigh shirt in the West Stand as I couldn't be bothered queuing for the South), I thought Hill didn't look out of place in the slightest and to play the full first half and opening 10-15 minutes of the second half was good going for such an early run out.
Thought the scoreline flattered Widnes in all honesty.

he's already got plenty of expereince and with full time training and some mentoring from Moz; I think Hill will go very well this year.

Let’s not forget resilience.

chris Hill is going to leave a massive void to fill in our team this season. A cracking lad who lead from example. If Adrian can mentor him I think you will have another international in your team. Ran himself to a standstill some games.

If Widnes have Isa and Ah Van on that left side this season then it'll be the weakest centre/wing combo, worse than Charnley/Tomkins IMO. Both seem suspect in defence and lazy in attack, which we'd seen from them last year.
