Cos we could charge them more or less what we wanted rent and clean up on all the secondary income barring programme sales and raffles etc! The income to rovers could be massive

why would they need to Homer? We have IMO a better ground than theirs as it stands and when ours is upgraded we won't ever need to share! That bit of your post is not applicable!

Well yes, on that bit I agree - but if for whatever reason they can't - it would be facile to simply rule out a groundshare simply cos you hate that particular club. Rovers could profit handsomely out of such an arrangement. A careful study of the pros/cons taking in the bottom line margins against any realistic likelyhood of replacing that club in front of say Fax, Leigh et al any time soon!! Inshort I will reject any merger but would like to know how much is in it for our BoD re any groundshare rather than jumping to knee jerk reactions
In short - yes, we know you hate cas. But think - what could be in it for us!!
