By often you mean they've won there first game of the season for at least the last 5 years?
HULL KINGSTON ROVERS is my religion, Craven Park is my church and Jordan Abdull is my God
2010, lost 2 of the first 3 fixtures, the first one being against Crusaders: Round 2 Leeds 10 v 24 Castleford Round 3 Wakefield 28 v 18 Leeds Average 8th over first 12 rounds
But apart from that, you're right. They do always start brilliantly.

I said before the fixtures came out that I hoped FC would get Leeds away. I said Leeds often start the season slowly as evidenced by McDermott being favourite to be first to be sacked early doors and losing 2 of their first three games in 2010.
In 2010 and 2011 they lost their first home games at Headingley. Good omens there for you. Hard luck, cockle.

Au contraire. Leeds Rhinos have failed to win their Headingley opener since 2009. You need some new red Timmy Mallett style glasses, cockle, then your vision will match your hearing.
As for the fixtures - June looks a bit tricky. Fortunately for you it's practically book-ended by 2 derbies. Phew.
