McNamara has got nowhere near the tactical nous for Super League, never mind coming up against the Australians.
However, the bigger problem is the lack of respect he has from the players, which his previous record does not demand.
I think Noble would be a much better option as his achievements demand respect, same goes for Tony Smith. However, I'm not sure either of them would want a job without a game for 2 years!

Still think our performances in the 4N were in spite of McNamara rather than because of him. We looked clueless in attack at times, even against NZ it was unnecessarily nervy going in to the last 10 mins.

Need to revert back to a part-time coach who isnt recently sacked from his club job!
