You can definitely get bass off Withernsea, not sure about sea bass?

So, looks like we're going with rhubarb.

If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.

The most delicious sea bass I ever tasted was caught off the coast of Robin Hood's Bay and sold to me by the man who caught it from his wet fish shop in the Bay the same morning. He recommended we stuff it with ginger, garlic, spring onion lemon and soy and bake for 20 minutes. Sublime - still trying to recreate that taste 15 years later but the have never found a bass to match it for quality and freshness.

That is what I thought after you said he was partial to cake....

I put a 3 course on Wormy, I think as captain you should insist every-one puts on a 3 course meal, then we can narrow this down by PM (them Aussies spy :CURTAIN: ) then as captain you should make the final call....
I am not one to sprag :D but I do not think every-one is pulling their weight on this task

Cheese & Garlic Bread Starter.

Roast Rack Of Lamb With A Herb Crust Main.

Rhubard Pudding.
[The pink 'hat' of rhubarb on top of this pudding is very enticing. This dessert may take a while to cook, but the results are well worth it.]

I'm hungry again. Lamb is not everyone's favourite, I didn't like Lamb until 2 years ago and one day craved it although had not really tasted it before then, weird.

Right. Here's a rough look at everyone's input so far:

dum-dum - 3 full Menus

WormInHand - 2 full Menus and a suggestion

Marfa - 1 full Menu, 2 Courses and a suggestion

Barham Red - 1 full Menu, 1 Course and 2 sugestions

LRR - 1 Menu and 1 Course

Sandra - 1 Course and lots of suggestions and links

Mrs B - 3 suggestions

Stan - 1 suggestion (drink)

MrPhilb - Nowt :NAUGHTY:

Very Red Robin - Nowt :NAUGHTY:

So most people have made a contribution and there's been loads of chit-chatty posts and discussion but only the above concrete ideas. We need lots more pretty pictures and quick otherwise there'll be not much to vote on.

Don't forget the intention is for everyone to submit a final menu by Saturday night. Everyone gets to vote for their favourite from this final list on Sunday/Monday (by PM to me to keep from Aussie sneakings) and I'll submit the Menu with the most votes on Tuesday.

I think we need to flood the thread with actual pictures to give others inspiration.... Remember, there'll be a secret ballot between us all to evict a player at the end of this task.

Looks delicious. Something appealing about the Black and White theme  . Loving the token red and white gesture balanced on the top
