International Chairman
Obst was a cracking player for us, he's ability to play Hooker or in the Halves considered to be his strength is also his weakness in my opinion. I think the question is not his ability but rather where he would fit into the equation?

For me, i'd rather we allow Davey and/or Wildie to develop, bringing Obst back would only be a stop gap and result in less game time for our younger lads.

He was quite adamant that he was staying at Hull when I asked him. Maybe he did lie to me but he seemed a genuine lad when I was talking to him.

Pudsey Cat wrote:Why doesn't anyone want him back? He was a great player and if signed for another year would win quite a few MOM accolades IMO. Great tackler, good runs from dummy half and his support play is better than the tripe we displayed this season (to be fair we didn't break very often).

I will have him back.

Id quit while you can, you clearly have little idea.

Hickeys record was great 85 NRL appearences who wouldnt be excited but this fat lump of lard came over that wasnt interested in budging any weight easy mistake to make i think the club thought he was good also. Kinley would put obst at half back then ha ha do me a favour and get a decent post going instead of slating me all the time. Your contribution is garbage to this site.

I've stated on many threads that I think the signing of obst would be a backwards step.
I also use a little bit of common sense when comments, rather than the rash gash you turn out, hence the largely held belief that you are a total tool.
At times, if you are capable you ought to try it too, although I am largely of the belief that you have reached such a point where no matter what you post, it's impossible to make yourself look any dumber!
You need to read more and post less, a lot less!!!

The Trip wrote:The Administrator sold both Obst and Ferguson to recoup their costs as the cupboards were bare, only Millard was not sold by them. How do I know? Peter O'Hara the administrator told me.

I think B2K is saying that Obst is not obliged to accept any deal the Administrator negotiates for his sale, he is at liberty to turn down the move and stay where he is, Ferguson had the same choice but both decided to move.

AM on the other hand decided to say no to Hudds and O'Haras and stay at Wakefield.

Again a rather stupid unintelligent slating post. Lee or Obst at hooker there isnt a question obst is miles better. You dont read my posts properly thats why you never agree. Anyway onwards and upwards I shall look forward to your great contribution in the future.
