I do know Fax fans who won't go to PO road anymore because they don't feel safe actually at the ground and that's their choice. But just a suggestion, do you think that maybe trialling it at your ground in future Fax visits would be a good option ? Outside the stadiums are always a problem, i do appreciate that. I know people will automatically relate segregation to other sports, but i don't want to miss the opportunity of watching a game just because of a minority of clowns ( from either club ). If the clubs are exploring every avenue to improve relations, i'd expect this to be one of the options. Any thoughts ?
You get a certain amount of natural segregation at games, particularly at Fev with swapping ends etc. The arrangements for last Thursday's game was that the Fev fans weren't allowed to exit until the Leigh 'end' had been cleared and people were back in their cars and on the coaches. This was obviously made easier by the fact Fev were being presented with the League Leaders Shield post-match so the Fev fans were naturally staying behind anyway, but it certainly removed the flashpoints that we unfortunately had after the game on Easter Monday. The whole stewarding operation was absolutely spot on - visible but not overbearing in the slightest which I think is the best approach and worked well for all concerned. They even let a couple of us nip back in to the stand to watch the Shield being presented and wish all the best to a few Fev fans. I'm sure something similar would work very well when 'Fax are there, particularly if they happen to be attacking the Railway End in the second half and therefore are straight on to the 'away' car park when exiting the ground.

A grand Final appearence is at stake and a meeting of our great fens can benefit our relations , see ya soon ,Charlie , the Poker nights are doing well and could improve .
Now then CC im tickety boo ta mate, and dare I say a tad chuffed you are playing the seagulls! as you call them ..Im kinda of in two minds on the who do I prefer to play, when where and how many will we beat them by dilema. Now my confusion and uncertainty stem from the fact that the leythers are no slouches and are a better side than the seagulls....BUT you see i have to be honest and say that you boys do deserve to be in the final. Now looking at it logicaly when I think about playing you lot I have to admit to being a tad nervous,on the other hand the seagulls dont even register on my panicometre ...
So what words of advice can one offer cushler on this matter CC ?

Cushy my friend , its always nice to hear your words of Wisdom , you are getting to be the Fev equivalent of myself , i can see plenty of promise , in your posts a truly Wise Man , you no doubt are .
These Seagulls dont bother me , they play obtuse Rugby , are coached by a Opaque man , not like your Own Darryl ,the man is very good ,Fev are very much like my own Leigh , good knowledgable fans , very passionate , and deep thinking .
As for the Leythers , some think Ian C and myself are the same person , some think im Frank B THATS SCARY,,but people who know me , know my ideas and philosophies , are simple ,very acute ,and to the point.
If you ever get the chance to see my Act at the Tower Circus Blackpool , pop in , my advice is always available , you seem to have things in hand , and im looking forward to seeing you at the GF for an Apperitiff , im always at hand for my colusions and conclusions on Rugby , even Poker lessons , tonight im at the Centurion Public House , hosting my weekly Poker sessions ,along with the Caroli clan , Frankie B ,AND Dick Jones , hope to win a couple of shillings , its my turn , anyway my meanderings are coming to an end , keep in touch ,and always say what you see.Charlie C.

You see MM, reading the fax forum today underpins my thoughts, feelings and emotions! Relief doesn't really enter into it. The myopic and crass way some contributors from Fax post on there with the generic bol_loxks that is posted I find utterly disgraceful and offensive.
If fax get beat by 50 every week it won't be enough for me!
Being a nurse who manages complex issues involving people's perceptions and coping skills in mental health and Learning disabilities on a daily basis, you'd think I'd be able to process this sheeite. Unfortunately this is my achilles heal. I can't! I'm a little disappointed in myself but there you are. I'm a flawed character!

Ian, i do think in Charlie we have found a modern day fans Mesiah. I know doubt that there is a market out there for the gospel of CC in either book form or dvd. I then think this would alert certain super powers to seek out the great man's words, possibly a spot on CNN as well.
Here at work we are thinking of starting a yorkshire branch of the Charlie Caroli sect. We may have to seek permissions from the great man to adapt the uniform colours to blue and white tho.

Charlie my old mate , I hope you cleaned up at the poker table ,you may see your way to funding my aperitif at the final.
Having now had time to reflect on your identity issue that certain people see as being a tad dodgy I am now of the opinion that you are you , frankb is Frankb and ianc is most definately Ianc and I am most definately me and everyone else is confused.
I have to dash due to work, but hope to ponder your words later.
