Relieved in the sense that I now won't have the same apprehensions regards going to the final now as I did before yesterday, bu that's where the relief ends.
Otherwise my emotions could be described as happy, gleeful, elated and even satisfied.
Leigh fans I've met have a deep insight into their clubs and fans etc, who recognise that like us they too have pil_locks who follow their club but aren't prepared to let that type of person get in the wy of the overwhelming majority of us fans who enjoy the craic and good natured way of following rugby.
The generic bol_lox eminating from fax that I've read regards my club, my mates and even myself has angered me no end. By and large I've stayed away from the fax forum because 1) I don't feel that welcome 2) so I don't perpetuate the ill feeling because of how I feel,.
Some still can't mention fev without some snide and/or unnecessary comment - and that still irritates the crapola out of me.
So much so - if Sheffield scored 70 yesterday it wouldn't have been enough. I enjoyed every point they scored with deep satisfaction!

However, I notice that some contributors to that fax forum are attempting some concilliatory dialogue - and fair play. I hope they succeed.

The will to identify/nullify such sheeite with the Leigh club and it's fans has been nothing short of fantastic - the Leigh fans who company I enjoy are top monkey and there are shoots of possibilities with fax. Some of the lads I spoke with yesterday before the game were cracking young lads - so I suppose there is hope.
It would be great if Fev/Fax could get to that point where we can have the same craic as we do at Batley/Barrow/Leigh etc- but looking at that fax forum, it's an uphill battle.

I understand where you are coming from RFF, but still think we need to rise above the crap and move on. I see no reason that we can't move forward and have the good crack with the Fax fans that want to build bridges, of which I include MM. And as for the rest we should just ignore them and their views behind.

If Dave Singer can move on and have no animosity towards the Fev Fans then I think that the real majority of Fax fans will feel the same, we need to ailianaite the minority and that include the minority of Fev Fans too.

I'm not sure what you lads think of the idea of segregation at future matches, I know it occurred at the Shay when you visited earlier this year. I do know Fax fans who won't go to PO road anymore because they don't feel safe actually at the ground and that's their choice.
But just a suggestion, do you think that maybe trialling it at your ground in future Fax visits would be a good option ?
Outside the stadiums are always a problem, i do appreciate that. I know people will automatically relate segregation to other sports, but i don't want to miss the opportunity of watching a game just because of a minority of clowns ( from either club ). If the clubs are exploring every avenue to improve relations, i'd expect this to be one of the options.
Any thoughts ?

Greetings Cushy , hope you well?I can see you to are a very deep thinker its the way forward to say what you see , not see what you say ,thisvidea occurs every week but some cant seem to see what it all means , this is very obtuse and opaque to most but i feel the need to attend an appearence at the Tower Circus , this therapy is very helpful and you must see what can be done .

A grand Final appearence is at stake and a meeting of our great fens can benefit our relations , see ya soon ,Charlie , the Poker nights are doing well and could improve .
