Remember going to the Weavers a few times on a Friday night with my old man, a bit of pool and then a chat with Kev Harkin about his days at Wakefield. Nice guy to be honest, not sure if he is still there though.

The Weavers re-opened recently as a free house, after a long period of being closed; on balance, I preferred it closed.

I'm hearing "little monsters" is being earmarked for Witherspoons.

That should help to town centre over the edge.
