Great win by the lads, I DID believe and so did they tonight! The Bulldogs can have their 4 wins (if you include that Friendly) but we won the one that mattered. Get in
I thought that too as when we finished 3rd in SL and Saint beats us in Play off they then became the 3rd placed team, I realise the RFL changes the rules to suit anyone but Halifax.....but as we have beaten the 3rd placed team aren't we technically now higher than Sheff/Widnes?

As far as I know it's always been the same format in the playoffs apart from changing from top 5 to top 6. At the end of the league seaso we finished 6th so means all are games will b away and that doesn't change no matter what the results in the playoffs.

Way back in 2000 when we beat Dewsbury away in the first round if the play offs we took their top place and home advantage , this all changed a couple of years later

SOMEBODY SAID that it couldn’t be done But he with a chuckle replied That “maybe it couldn’t,” but he would be one Who wouldn’t say so till he’d tried. So he buckled right in with the trace of a grin On his face. If he worried he hid it. He started to sing as he tackled the thing That couldn’t be done, and he did it!
