its a shame the likes of springview and irlam r going to be playing most of the same teams again. looks like its going to be between irlam or spring who will win the league.

Higginshaw 30 - 26 Hindpool
great effort from the Hindpool lads that travelled today, lots of regulars missing due to a wedding, work and illness so a great effort by the lads who stepped up.

Langworthy 16-16 Haresfinch, was a good game with both teams matching each other try for try, we had a very small team out today with a lot of the forwards missing but we played some good rugby and scored some good tries against a big haresfinch team and had the opportunities to win the game but conceded late on and a draw was a fair result in the end

Heysham 14 - 16 Ulv Good game in very wet conditions.. Good to start the season with an away win, especially at Heysham, tough place for anyone to travel to!

Whats everyones predictions for this week?
Orrell Vs Spring View Irlam Vs Higginshaw Ulverston Vs Halton Farnworth Haresfinch Vs Heysham Hindpool Vs Langworthy
Im going for Spring View by 24pts Irlam, dont expect Higginshaw to travel going by what they said last week. HFH to just pinch a win at Ulverston Haresfinch to just pip Heysham Hindpool by 16. We should have 7/8 back out of the 12 missing last week

Orrell Vs Spring View - SV by 22 (I believe OSJ have a better side than last year - if not SV by 50+) Irlam Vs Higginshaw - If we (Irlam) play like we did last week we will get beat Ulverston Vs Halton Farnworth - HFH by 10 Haresfinch Vs Heysham - Finch by 12 Hindpool Vs Langworthy - Hindpool by 14
