Wrigley would be the easiest to recruit.

Ooh. Good idea, video interviews to Australia rather than getting them here and talking face to face. That way you know they genuinely want to be a part of the club and its culture, and aren't simply being seduced by the lovely stadium and surrounding area.
Whos going to do your overseas negotiating now Auntie Kath has gone, how i used to love reading the postcards from Oz she used to send you lot. The Dobson not good enough one was the best one i remember. Will have to look for it, if not I think Larry Billey has it stuck to his fridge..

A tad premature there Mrs, perhaps the process will be more robust than a chat on Skype?

Get a bunch of photos of coaches, ex players, caretakers, cleaners and attach them to some card (Put a shiny film over the good ones)
Throw them all in the air and the ones that land face up are through to the next round
With the final 4 or 5 ask the misses to pick the 3 she thinks we will be the best eye candy
Perform a skype interview with the 3 candidates (if you require an interpreter this is usually a good sign)
Once the candidate is chosen you need to offer him/her the dosh, this is quite simple quadruple what he/she earns now. (Employing the cleaner makes perfectly good business sence in this situation)
Now for the hard part... the length of contract.
Simply insert his/her age into this equation...
(AGE) x 1980 + 10 - 400 / 20000 (Rounded to the nearest year)
