I know there are various apps that can do most of what iTunes can, it is the whole lot in one package that is the killer thing.
i got a replacement phone after falling on mine (football at school and pockets dont mix) and after i logged in with my gmail (needed to have android stuff) it downloaded most of my apps again that i'd downloaded to the previous phone itself, just lost all my angry birds progress
