He runs the show, and his own irritating style that I just dont get. Still see his shows as a travelling friend Fight Fest to be honest and using The Troxy in London always gets bad reviews for the trouble within.
But hes on Sky Sports on his own show so must be doing something right.
Thats what gets me with skysports...they put that crap on but dont seem too bothered about the bigger promotions?
Surely they see the ufc/strikeforce as a bigger market! And would probably get it if they wanted it.

You reckon?
Dont mind paying 10quid for ESPN for UFC but thought if it was on skysports it would be in on the package as they wouldnt see it as a major sport hence no payperview???

Not had chance to watch either event yet but UCMMA is getting slagged off left right and centre after Saturday nights PPV card. The main event didnt live up to its billing, but I expected that anyway.
And UFC, well Tito was always been overhyped after one single win against a fading Bader, so happy to see Rashad finish him off. Read Vitor Belfort looked impressive but the talk of fighting Silva again for the title seems premature especially after the kicking he got last time !

Evans looked really sharp considering hes been out for so long..Tito looked beaten after the first round after taking a few shots against the cage..went into survival mode after that.
I was disapointed with Belfort Akiyama really, expected more of a fight but a good finish though.....was impressed with Rory McDonald, giong to be a star that one!!

No submission of the night so Dana White gives Brian Emersole 70k against halman for 'getting them dodgy pants off the tv as soon as possible' bonus....ha ha brilliant! He wasnt joking neither.

Looking forward to Dan Hardys fight on Sunday.... its now or never for him. A win, and hes back in the reckoning, a loss and its possible he will be off to Strikeforce / BAMMA / UCMMA... (hopefully not the latter).

I personally feel Hardy was given a title shot way to early and should have been tested by the likes of lytle before he even had a sniff of GSP. Its that, that could cost him his place in the UFC...theres lesser fighters who just coast along fighting lower ranked opponents and will have there contracts renewed as they end up win 1 lose 2...win 2 lose 1 etc.
Lytles no mug and even standing he wont get it all his own way...i can see a decision win but cant call which way it will go??

Kimbo Slice wins his debut boxing match in 10 seconds against James Wade (he is 39 and was only his second fight, after losing his first). Kimbo's promoter is now talking him up of taking the heavyweight division by storm !!
