I to saw the incident with the leeds fans. It happened right at the end of the game under the stand. The saints fan was wearing glasses and he punched the Leeds fan twice in the face. Sometimes im ashamed to be a saints fan.
also a shame for the person (i won't call him a fan as i don't think he was) who jumped of the saints red kite double decker bus started shouting at us then proceeded to smash a bottle on the floor and telling us were going to have it and come on.Thanks to the real saints fan's who jumped off the bus and dragged the soft lad away.

I will back the wire fan up on this it happened just to the side of us. Not sure what sparked it as the Leeds fans had been shouting and singing for us throughout the game. Have to say no matter what was said I cannot see it justified punching a girl in the face. What a big man.

A fantastic day with no trouble at all just good banter. Both sets of fans showed the world what the real derby in rugby league is. Your fans were great today.
Strange that, here is a quote from one of your fans after your semi final win against us where he commented on how apprachable our fans were after the game and how gracious we were in defeat.

They either congratulated us or wished us good luck. No swearing, no bitterness. It's what our sport is all about , and hats off to you guys! Good luck for the rest of the season.
Seems like if you win a big game and regardless of the opposition then the opposing fans were great after the game, will you much prefer the Wire fans than the saints fans if you knock us out of the play offs etc etc
