She is a skinny size 8 so a, is not applicable and b, is inevitable but I'm used to it after 21 years together

You may think a) is not applicable, but, believe me, even if you're like a yard of pump watter you still think your bum looks big in untried clothes if you're female.
She's probably stopped asking 'cos she doesn't believe you anymore.
Right, I'm off to buy some combats for camping in which my bum will take on O'Meley-sized proprtions.

Will it be a carving or a painting? A sculpture or stained glass? Sometimes they have more pictures stored in the vault if you can't find it in the main chruch.
While you're down there amongst the sarcophagi don't forget to ask after portraits by unknown artists. You might find the missing Rembrandt that will rewrite history.

Well, I've had a tour around the Church and it's caverns and your out of luck, there is no last supper picture/carving/glass/sculpture. The Church in Hedon, I'm assured, does have one, although it's an embroidered cloth and is less than 20 years old.
This is due to the Church not being a part of the High order and is within only a small parish, plus the Church has suffered from looting in the past and anything of any removable value has been retained.

Ah, well, thanks for trying, anyway.
I myself have a tapestry of the Last Supper so I will go and check out the one in Hedon, so thanks for that. The whole point of my collection is to compare how the depicted image changes over the centuries as Christianity err, evolves, shall we say . So it is interesting to see how a modern artist who has been indoctrinated with modern teachings of the Bible portrays the disciples compared, say, to one who lived say 500 or even 1000 years ago.
Still! At least I am on track to win the dumpling bet. Lots of goodies may still come my way
And we still have the exciting story of Mrs GML's purchases to come tonight!

Im far too upset to relive those purchases this evening. Sat having a nice glass or two of red wine in the hotel which kindly provides computers and free internet.
