Fingers crossed for the little man. My eldest daughter underwent major surgery a few years ago. I can only imagine what you are going through. Good luck to everyone ny thoughts are with you.

Ok, after another long stressful day Leon has made some slow and small improvements, given that he is still in the critical first 36 hour post op phase any improvement is a good one. The little man still has a big fight on his hands, but he is a fighter and is doing me and his mummy proud. I have left him in the excellent care of the children's ICU team overnight so me and Helen can get some much needed rest and get ready for tomorrow. Once again thanks for all the good wishes and kind thoughts . Don, Helen and especially Little Leon
