Well I think this is premature if he is given the chop, but, if the BOD are going to get rid then now is the time to do it to give the new broom opportunity to get recruitment for next year under way.

If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.

It says the club may look to cut it's ties with Justin sooner rather than later after a run of under-par performances. The club feel he may have taken the club as far as he can. It's stated that they would be immediately linked to the likes of Noble, but they believe Andrew Webster is held in high regard and could be offered the job until the end of season to prove himself.

Looks like another turbulent few weeks down at Craven Park, not good going into games that are must wins to salvage anything out of what has been a disastrous season.

I ve just re read the HDM article and in no way does it suggest that the board of directors are to meet over justin. But it isn't good when the chairman goes and talks to the players, Has jm lost the dressing room? sadly i think so! But I do agree with everyone that to cut the ties now is in the best interest of club and cohesion of the players.

If it is goodbye i would like to say thank to JM thank you for all you have done for us, and getting us back in Super league where we belong, you wont be forgotten JM

I always am and always ever will 100% Hull K.R

My thoughts exactly, i dont think Brian Noble would be the right coach for Rovers either imo.

I think it's premature too, 1 bad season with adversity with injuries and behind the scenes wrangling with Mason and to a certain degree Cockayne. Morgans still young and learning how to cope with new situations and has done brilliantly for 5 seasons. He's done really well for us and the best coach we've had since Millward.
But saying that the team don't seem motivated or capable of putting consistently good performances in and probably for a few players they'd peaked in 2009.
So for me it's either keep Morgan but have a clear out of playing staff on a par with his 1st couple of seasons when he brought in new faces, he needs to be ruthless, maybe in this case bite the bullet and bring in the young lads even if we're not going to be anywhere near the playoffs next season.
Or bring in Kear with the same remit of a clear out and bring the kids through, he knows how to get the best out of young players.

In the end though even he outstayed his time and lost the abbility to motivate the players, strangely enough it was against Warrington at Wilderspool when Rovers lost by sixty odd points to something(i forget the exact score even though i was there that day) that finaly put an end to his coaching position at HKR.
