Personally I think you underate Kear, he actually favours expansive rugby and you certainly have the personel to perform that style of rugby, and you performed better when you played that style.
Hudgell maybe does pass his comments but I don't believe Morgan has only concentrated on beating your lot either.
Kear is undoubtedly a very experienced coach and did well at FC and has done a decent job in difficult circumstances at Wakey but I don;t see this as an appointment that would take us on a level or one that would attract the right level of recruitment.
The biggest worry with losing JM is that who is there out there who is not just different but is actually better. We would no doubt get a short term boost, most clubs do, but in the long term the appointment needs to be the right one.
