We'll get a telling off for this soon, there were five of us yesterday but we arrived in three separate groups, I was stood right behind the daughter of your friend and her two mates.
If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.
I have some sympathy with our wingers & centres this season simply because our sliding defence has been awful infact its been none existent!! You can go back to Warrington away first game of the season we left both our wings badly exposed defensively & its gone on all season. In previous seasons our defence has been very good and we have defended as a team but this season it hasnt been the case no wonder Colborn's & Foxy's confidence is shot to bits.

Basically, if you want to score a try against us you just have to get the ball beyond our second rowers, you'll probably get a walk in.

We have the same problem down our right hand side....it was better with Gleeson but not sure when he will return or indeed if he will return!! Sharp or Lyne are no better than Hally, all pants defensively imo. Though Lyne is young and there maybe time for him to develop but personally I doubt he has got what it takes for SL, hope the kid proves me wrong though I like to see local kids make it.

Not sure of your set up but with us its a case of setting up for a sliding defence but then not sliding and isolating the centre / wing and making them look worse than they are.

Our problem is positioning of the winger often leading to poor defensive work.

I was totally against signing him but got shot down in flames on here, just because his old man was a decent player doesnt mean he is, he is a disgrace in my opinion, not only cant tackle he wont tackle and when he has let a try in he looks around him to blame anyone who is near him Clint Newton was totally pig sick of trying to cover his mistakes. And to finish off my rant when will Morgan learn by his mistakes centres shooting the line just does not work the first thing you teach kids is dont let a man get out side you, the under 8's from west hull at half time were better in defence than rovers. Why play Ben Cochayne on the wing against King, 5ft nothing to 6ft3, when Colbourn is at least 6ft, he hasnt a clue HE HAS TO GO THE QUICKER THE BETTER FOR ME some of his changes and selections are beyond belief
How do you know, did Clint tel you himself..

Who were the scapegoats against Leeds ?...Leeds are hardly on fire either. Or who are the scapegoats at every away game (Barring MM)..?
