not going to happen but would look good me thinks.
I remember back in the late 80s at craven park us putting out a young side against Cas(allbeit for one game)and they played outta their skins to win with a mike fletcher pen goal in the last mins. Surely playing a young side with pride and a desire to improve with a hunger to do well for the club would be more enjoyable win or lose ? Im not knocking the players ive left out who have served us well but playing a team of young uns for 1 home game with the remit for the fans to cheer and encourage the team more than ever before would be,lets say be very interesting?and imagine if we won,it would have to be the same team the week after?

I remember it well, first game I took my wife & boys to as we were home on holiday, it was also my last game at the old craven park. My abideing memory was Anthony Sullivan going nearly the the length to score. The other thing I remember was we were relegated that season & the start of our troubles for the next 15 years.

Pair them on the left with Welham and Colbon on the right and i think you'll see an improvement. Welham is predominantly a right hand carrier of the ball so is probably better suited to playing on the right side and Colbon looks far more comfortable on the right than the left. Fox's form nosedived when he was switched needlessly from the left to the right wing and its well documented that Craig is a left sided player, yet has only played on the right so far.

I agree, I know Hall is seen as a demi-god by some on here, but those that actually understand the game realise he is a very ordinary player who cannot defend to save his life, that is why Tony Smith targetted the same areas all game. It was NOT Halls fault we lost yesterday, he was just a poor player in a poor side, but I would get him out as soon as we can juggle the team to do so. I would rather see Cockayne at centre and Latus on the wing than Hall and Fox (who is finished as a top winger IMO).

Didn't say it was ideal, just the better of the options available as Hall is not the answer.
