I think a few players necks should be on the blocks to go before Morgans,we all know of the few that are gonna be leaving and to be honest I think prob hudgell and Morgan have realised that spending the full cap on our team hasn't benefited us in any way, I think once webbo and Clinton go this season we won't fill them quota spots, the only ones I would keep is galea and Dobbo, green that's if Dobbo re signs although I feel he has been playing pretty poor of late, so maybe that's a sign of were his heart lies I don't know, to me green has been more instrumental this season.

Why's that then??

Clinton has an option for another year, though I'd not be astonished if he didn't take it. Webster signed a new 2-year deal last summer, so I assume he'll still be here.
The big spend gave the team a big shot in the arm. The prevailing winds are changing, but a couple of tilts at the play-offs were 1. Fun and 2. Re-established HKR as a 'real' top-flight club.

The buck stops with the coach imo.
Can't argue with any of that. There's only 1 player left at the club that was here when JM arrived, so the entire squad has been brought his with his blessing. He has a full support staff, all of which he brought in. The board back him to the hilt wages wise, so he is quickly running out of room to hide. His reluctance to drop certain players who are clearly out of form is a real problem, and a blind spot he doesn't appear willing to recognise. His tactics have bored me this season, and to a certain extent, last year as well.
The players have, at times appeared to lack motivation. Who is supposed to provide this? All questions lead to the same answer. I personally think, based on the limited interviews he does these days, that he's almost had enough, and is ready to go at the end of this year. As things stand, I'm really not bothered if he does.

Your sentiments suggest all players/coaches should be kept by clubs even if things are not working out, how would that work then ?
They have a contract when it expires you either renew or not. It is the way most jobs are now including mine, but I would be a tad upset if some idiot who knows squat about my job started asking for me to be sacked.Sports man or shop worker, managing director or cleaner makes no diference, If the club signs a poor manager or player it is not the players fault, contracts of employment should be honoured.
