Neil Hudgell, Rob Crossland, Lord John Precott and Assem Allen for starters, its a good mix of wealth and influence and IMO the major reason why HKR, as a club, has progressed so relatively fast both on and off the field. Supportive councillors now voted in to local goverment and things looking to take off. If anyone had listed our progress only half a dozen years they would have quite rightly been certified.
I realise that a couple of Super League clubs have wealthy backers but reckon any club have to go a fair way to matching up.
Unless of course anyone knows different ?

Saltshouse.
If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.

You must be good friends with Andy on the other board who posted the exact same thread on there yesterday. He, in turn, often posted the exact same thing as Bertie on here, who we don't here from much now. All a shocking coincidence with your recent upturn in posting frequency, I'm sure. On topic, Simon Moran is the benefactor of choice, followed by Lenegan and Caddick. McManus is pretty useful too.

Ken Davy at Fartown must get a look in there somewhere, afterall he's the only one who's subsidised fans passes in recent times and regularly shores up losses of 700k per season.

We'll soon find out if he accuses anyone of bullying.

The Rugby Football League are in the process of reviewing the video that you are referring to. We do not condone behaviour of this nature and have contacted the player’s employer, Hull F.C., who have confirmed that they are dealing with the incident under their club rules.
