At least at leigh we are bringing through the kids to the first team and they are winning on merit,I suppose we could all follow the widnes method win rail cup, off load all players suck up the rl and twiddle thumbs for 2 years.

That isn't fair to Widnes , they havent done that , I am sure they would have preffered to have built a team , kept it together and build on from there , a individual promotion system allows that to happen , it isn't their fault

As for equal funding , well that also isn't viable , just some funding and some well thought out spending on marketing would be good

In a sense yes your right, but then again look at Barrow as a club since they won the league which is why I think a better balance is needed.
