the best bet is to go to the excellent rovers open day (last year it was sometime in july/august i think)where all of the first team players are in attendance on the pitch waiting to be asked for autographs.My daughter and i got our shirts fully signed by all of the first team,plus Justin Morgan and a few of the reserves.

Yeah have heard these days are really good, but they usually clash with work cos tend to work a lot of weekends. Will give the club a ring again this week, hopefully have a bit of success.

Just got back from the RSG Fun Day, ball fully signed, woo-hoo. Nearly all the first team squad were there (the only people I didn't see were Willie Mason, Ben Galea and Justin Morgan). All the players really cool and happy to sign anything. Thanks very much for the help on here, my old man will be made up with the ball.

Erm, can I be a pain in the butt and ask one more bit of help? Any idea where's a good (and reasonably priced) place to get a picture frame (about A3 size) for the signed team picture? Sorry.

best to just look around...plenty of places sell them even asda and tesco sell photo frames.... but getting a3 size is not so easy and range will be a good choice if the have any....... if not just buy a cheap a3 sized picture and replace the pic ..simples..

As someone who collects signed stuff im amazed at the poor quality of signitures these days.
Yes i know players get asked 100s of times but if i was personally asking a player to sign something i woiuld take a nice gold marker and tell them to sign it nice and neat,not nesscessarly the proper signiture(not that they do anyway).
I just shake my head somedays at the worthless scribble that passes as a players sig !!!!

PAC, know where you're coming from mate, I reckon 70%-80% of autographs these days it's very hard to even make out who it is. In their defence though the demand today for autographs was huge (God knows how many each player had signed by the end of the day? ), + the players were all sat down a row of tables (which I think was the best way as it was well organised, + you knew whose you'd already got, rather then if the players were just walking round mingling). As you can see from the pics I alone had four things I wanted signing, so when you times 2-4 items by a few hundred fans you can appreciate that the players had to sign stuff fairly swiftly.

The great thing with the poster is most players signed on / near their pic so you know whose who which is good. bit gutted though cos the ball and poster are for my old man for Father's Day, the DVD cover and programme for me. Rhys Lovegrove (having signed the ball and pic) kinda offered to autograph the DVD cover and prog but I said it was okay, due to there been hardly any space left on either. Same with Craig Hall, so technically I came away without either of their autographs cos I briefly forgot the other two items aren't actually for me.

Really cool getting it all done though, and again big thumbs up to the players for sacrificing a Bank Hol with their families to come and meet loads of fans.
