The difficulty is that if you decide to make a change at the end the season the new coach can't recruit his own players.
If things start badly again next season, in the last year of his contract, the board will start to look at making a change. For now I think the best thing would be to stick by him - he deserves the chance to sort it out.
Agree with most of that but Morgan is his own worst enemy. He cannot say 'Sorry that was my fault'. He seems to think he's above criticism.
If I were Hudgell I would be having a think.
