Ok he had a good game (2nd spell) against the worst pack in SL IMO.
Wont get anywhere near the Exiles squad off the top of my head Lima, Perry, Puleta, O Meley, Vella, Mason, Moa and Cashmere are much better props than him.
Wouldn't be shocked if Rovers don't try and release him and use his quota spot on another player.
Rovers have 5 better props than him in Wheeldon, Lovegrove, Mason, Vella and Watts.
Last season he was one of our best forwards after his 5th game, this season he has again taken a while to get in to form but he has just about started to find his feet again and although that is not really acceptable taking half a season to start performing I'd argue he likes the harder faster tracks and the sunshine so there is no wonder he has started to play well now. I wouldn't renew his contract as I agree there are better forwards that will give us a greater number of good games but I'm happy with him for the time being.

This average player was probably the best player on the pitch on Sunday.

Good for him, I saw Chris Thorman give a MOTM performance against Bradford when he was at Hull.
Stats can often be misleading, for example Dowes use to make a lot of metres per carry as he was one who ran it in from kickoff so use to make 20 metres drives a few times a game.
He is an average overseas prop, another Peter Cusack.

This seems like a good season to build for the future and to plan for the departures of established players such as Vella, Galea, Colbon, Cockayne, Briscoe and Netherton. I would therefore give Sherriff, Latus, Hall, Beaumont, Wheeldon, Watts, Cook, Hodgson and Taylor as much game time as possible.
1. Sherriff
2. Hall 3. Webster 4. Welham 5. Latus
6. Green 7. Dobson
8. Vella/Clinton 9. Hodgson 10. Beaumont/Wheeldon
11. Newton 12. Taylor/Cook
13. Murrell/Galea
14. AN Other (Fisher/Cockayne etc) 15. Lovegrove 16. Cook/Taylor 17. Wheeldon/Beaumont/Watts
