I really belive we need to start signing some real quality, weve gone for a larger squad this year, but i think we have good enough juniors to cover our senior players. If we want to get back to the top we need to sign quality, take a leaf out of Huddersfield and Warrington's book, Monaghan, O'Donnell, King, Fa'alogo ect qaulity players make quality sides. I think our fans over rate SOME of our senior players, when in reality they are nothing more than average.

It's also true that quality teams attract better players. When the cap is tight and there are many clubs competing for the same signatures, the hope, maybe expectation, of a pot or two is always going to be a big incentive to guys like the players you mention. Sadly, full cap or not, that is one thing we can't offer at the moment.

Funnily enough, around this time last year, weren't knocking on the top four, until the beginning of May when Mr. Orford got injured and took his leave? Not that I'd change last year's team for this (apart from Steve Menzies), since we know what happened after May.
