IT IS NOT LOOKING GOOD AND FOR ME IT IS QUITE SIMPLE THESE PLAYERS ARE NOT GOOD ENOUGH. WE HAVE BEEN PUNCHING ABOVE OUR WEIGHT NOW SINCE WE CAME INTO SUPER LEAGUE. THE LIKES OF NEWTON DOBSON VELLA HAVE CARRIED US. SIMILAR SCORELINES IN RECENT GAMES ARE TELLING ME PLENTY OF EFFORT IS THERE BUT QUALITY IS NOT ON ATTACK WE SEEM TO BE CLUELESS AND IN DEFENCE THE OPPOSITION CONTINUE TO MAKE MASSIVE YARDAGE WHILE WITH BALL IN HAND WE STRUGGLE TO GET UP THE FIELD. JUSTIN IS A GREAT COACH BUT EVEN HE MUST REALISE THE MOTHER OF ALL CLEAROUTS IS REQUIRED COME SEASON 2012.

Watts and Latus not exactly youth, both 21 and too old for the 20s now, unless they play as the over age allowed players. Lots of other SL teams playing 18,19 and 20 year olds week in week out, and playing well. 5 years in SL should have produced more than Welham.

The 20s leaugue is very poor. Does not develop your youngsters in any way. The youngsters need to go out on loan/dual to get some decent competition against them. The Championship isn't that bad, lot more physical, just a bit slower than SL, brings on the kids. Just look at how many SL kids are on duals in these leagues.....
