well I did wind them up a bit,but yes !!!.Headingley has gone through a few changes over the last 40 years or so.When I was a kid It was quite a posh area ,bank managers etc,in fact we used to come up to carol sing,till we realised we were better off singing for working class folk in kirkstall or bramley.When the posh lot moved out in came the young arty ,educational types ,people attached to the labour party etc.Now its 95% students,the posh lot are still in far headingley i'e beyond st chads.I think he mistook the Burley area coming up cardigan road for Headingley,but as you said it does sound a little racist. I reiterate ive always got on with Wiganers wether at games or meeting them on hols, have a safe trip over and and enjoy the game.I wont be there i'm in the usa so I wont be doing the kirkstall lane walk .

Should be a competitve game with both teams having important players missing. Leeds look poor so far and most Leeds fans know their team is struggling. Wigan need to win following the Wire game and the team's away form is far better than it is at home. Surprisingly I'll go for a Wigan win!
At least Headingley is Leeds' own ground, Wigan could be told to leave the DW at any moment and not be able to do a thing about it, we all know that its the football teams ground and the warriors are told to play somewhere else if games with Athletic clash. And far too big for you as it never ever looks anywhere near full. Headingley is a proper "Rugby" ground and has an awesome atmosphere and never looks empty.
