Decided to start a new game on the .3 patch as Stafford, as i'm at uni there. Just coming to the start of December, 2nd in the league, behind only the undefeated AFC Telford, just got knocked out in the 2nd round of the FA Cup at home to MK Dons after they got a controversial 89th minute penalty.

Hoping I can keep them on the up, as they have lots of potential, with a loyal chairman and brand new ground!!
Things were going well, until I reached December in my 2nd season and suddenly results went strangely wrong...Got battered in the FA Cup, lost 4 league games running and dumped out of Johnstone Paints Cup by a L2 side!!...
Anybody got any ideas how to turn things round, before my chairman gets the axe sharpened??....(No significant injuries, just a bizarre sudden lapse in form)....

Cheat.
Also, Jack Waddle in the Chesterfield U18s is indeed the son of Chris Waddle. He was in the same school year as Sam West, who's sister is best mates with my sister, and Jordan Burrow was in my brother's primary school class.
Just coming towards the end of December now with Stafford, still 2nd, a couple points behind Telford with a game in hand, and play them twice in 3 games in the league, Reckon i'll be top by new year.

....Give me some tips on cheating then....I'm an upstanding member of the community and don't normally sink to such dastardly deeds....

The classic cheats are taking over a rich club and buying your own reserves for extortionate prices, or download a program called FMRTE which is an editor that lets you change pretty much anything during the season, you can remove injuries, inspire the team, add 500 million in the bank, whatever you want.

Cheers for your advice, but that sounds a bit geeksville for me and against the spirit of the game....
Seriously, are there any FAIR ways to turn round an unexplainable slump in form?

Watch your team talks - if you've got low morale constantly hammering players is only going to magnify the problem rather than motivate them to play better.
