Just got back, had a few drinks and a bit of banter with the KR fans in the bar next to ground after the game. Thanks for making it a great day out. Someone has to win and I think we deserved it overall. Only down side...It was bl00dy cold behind them posts. Good luck for the rest of the season.

I'm not trying to 'prove' anything. And I don't even understand the rest of your post. What insecurities?
All I was doing was making the somewhat mischievous point that despite the claims that Rovers fans cheer loudly and stay 'till the end win or lose, they are in fact no better or worse than any other fans.

Perhaps. But had that been the final game of the season the vast majority would have stayed to applaud the players for their efforts during the season. I even felt for your lot stood on the KC pitch last year after the play off defeat to a virtually empty home support. Thats the diffference. If you doubt what im saying it is on Youtube.

In your opinion.
My opinion is that both sets of fans will react similarly to similar circumstances.

i think most of the booing was aimed at the man in the middle though meast.
Huddersfield were up into the tackle quicker than us, they laid on longer than us, they were constantly offside too, BUT you play to the ref's whistle and if he doesnt blow it you keep doing it, so fair play to them.
Danny Brough was top quality last night, his kicking game is the best in the league by far IMO, his chip to Hodgson on his own 40, after spotting Fox right down field was class, him and Brown just controlled the game far better than our halfbacks could.

Don't think we were constantly off side at all. [Ganson was taking teams back closer to 12m]. but we do work on very quick line speed (as do the Wolves and warriors) Real acceleration off the mark. This combined with HKR being slow at the play the ball - Hodgson dithered many times - with a slow delivery to first receiver gave us ample time to get in your faces. Contrast this with our quicker ptb either the pivots were moving with the ball quickly or zipping out the passes straight from the floor. Your guys have slower line speed. the result was we found it easier to make yards all night and put you on the back foot.
Your conditioning is poor. You lacked explosiveness (inc Willie mason) and endurance. This will hold you back - and your best 17 are a formidable team.

yer you laid on longer hence our slow ptb, we didnt giving you quicker ptb, im not complaining about the way you played, more of a "why didnt we do the same"

Also your hookers were too slow. their hesitation meant we were on top of your 1st receivers for much of the game.

Not trolling here but I am guessing the board won't be happy with last nights crowd. Even with Mason it has now dropped back down to just 7.5K, not enough for Hudge etc.
