Well said Jemmo, maybe he knew what was meant and was a bit miffed by the implication that Wakey are one of the worst supported SL clubs.

Jemmo wrote:It's not about the result, as you should very well know, it's about a pay day at this stage.

Also you should know that he was not comparing the visiting numbers to our own, after all Wakefield are historically a lot more successful than the Dons, and for the time being are playing at a higher level so of course will have more supporters. He was of course trying to compare like for like that teams like Hull brought preseason...get over yourself superstar

The comment was made in the same context as it was given, other than the two Hull clubs I think you will find that Wakefield or Cas would bring more than any other SL team so maybe your dissapointment might be a bit premature lets hope so because we all need the financial help in these needy times. Oh and fwiw I take the superstar crap as a compliment and not an insult from someone as famous as you, no really

I bet there is nowhere near the crowd the game at Tattersfield attracted in 1962.

If all the stayaway fans returned, we might get close.

Some may return if the game changes from five drives & kick and hope the opposing side drops the ball & when feeding the scrum the scrum half doesn't pass the ball along the ground to his loose forward
