Exactly. You could even argue that we could/should have won all of our games in this group so far...
There won't be a more battle-hardened team in it if we get to the quarbos and in a one-off game you never know....England to beat Australia in the final im predicting/hoping!
England are resembling the Pakistan side that won the World Cup in '92....Sneaking through by hook or by crook and then, hopefully, coming good in the serious stuff....
Still wouldn't risk any cash on them, but the way its going, nothing would surprise me.

Graeme Swann made the same comment about the 92 world cup in the post match interview.
Just had a quick look at the latest world cup odds and the best is still only 10/1 for England. Even the bookies aren't willing to write England off yet even after some atrocious cricket. It really wouldn't surprise me if they did now kick on and who knows.........
