Talking about the profit, you numpty. It costs the SMC a lot of money to run the KC. The tenants pay the SMC rental, over a million quid in City's case, don't know what ours is as we're not a related party to the SMC in the same way City are but it's a commercial rent and reported to be hundreds of thousands. The £2.50 a week or whatever is the difference between the rental income the SMC get from the tenants and stadium sponsors and the costs of maintainance, licenses, stewarding etc. Both tenants pay a commercial rent, not a peppercorn one like some afforded more preferential terms by the council.
The SMC may get over a million quid a year from City in but how much of that will be to cover stewarding, staff etc as opposed to Stadium rental ? Same applies for Hull FC. It would be interesting to see how it was all broken down. The actual figure for purely renting the Stadium may be, as Allam stated, just a few thousand pounds.

They guy's a nutter. £1m a year is probably loose change to him. From the SMC's audited accounts: The directors consider The Hull City Association Football Club (Tigers) Limited to be a related party by virtue of common control. A summary of the aggregate transactions that have been undertaken by Superstadium Management Company Limited and the related party are: Rental Income £1,254,047.

Calm down, only repeating what the man said. Just makes you wonder how small the rent is for both clubs after his comment. No wonder Rule jumps up and down claiming a small profit year after year when the club is paying next to fook all in rent to play at the KC.

I'M SURE THERE IS NO CORRELATION BETWEEN THE FACT THAT THE FRONT RUNNERS FOR THE 2009 MEDIA WHINGING AWARD ARE FROM GATESHEAD AND HULL FC, FORMERLY THE B*ST*RD-TWINS OF ONE OF RUGBY LEAGUE'S LOUSIER IDEAS.

No need for the numpty remark you turnip, I only remember the headline, If it's not about Rovers I turn the page.
Your always winking, Cristiano Ronaldo was a winker. A winking eye is a term used for something too, can't remember what.

Rent goes up shocker!!!
Anyone seen the blooming fuel prices? Completely out of order think we should do something about it!
While we're at it tins of beans have gone up some brands have even trippled in price. Protests are in order!
Sheesh if Rovers rent goes up for whatever reason what do you planktons expect Hull KR fans to do about it? The club will factor it in and then charge Hull FC fans more to get in on derby day...simples!

That means wel probably only make an extra tenner then they only bring about 5 fans at most now, what with fuel prices gone up has a knock on effect on the price of they're bus passes
