I guessed that, but there must be a reason why they decided to change it from 18.00

The reason is simple. Its my birthday and the earlier kick off time ties in better with my planned celebrations. When i contacted the RFL on the matter they were happy to grant dispensation for the new time as it involved Hull Kingston Rovers.
They will probably deny it initially if you contact them but keep pressing them and they will come clean.

Any chance you could ask them to change it to Friday R.B.A.? Then you'll have all day to celebrate.

We can only do that if we de-register Mild Rover, once you've got your bus pass we'll be able to re-instate Mild Rover although some other fans may not be happy and I'm not sure he'd be able to go to cup matches

Is there actually a reason this would be 3:15 though? Is there anything on the same day that conflicts, like a football match or something?

I'm sure I heard there was a 20-20 match on the same day.

Is that the 20-20 match being played behind the East Stand?
