How has Bisping come out of this whole episode as the bad guy? Rivera and his camp were a disgrace for a full 3 weeks up to the fight. They made a mockery of the UFC IMO. Bisping shouldn't have spit at them but I bet I would have had I been in a similar situation. No mention of Riveras antics, just Bisping this and Bisping that!
If that trash talk had been the other way round we would never hear the end of it!

Bisping has come out and said that Rivera had a go about him been English which in reality could be classed as racism, especially if the boot was turned on the other foot and Bisping had said some of the comments back at Rivera, there would have been hell on in all fairness. I dont think he has come out (Bisping) of the fight as the bad guy, opinion on the usual forums seem divided. Some say his antics where terrible and he needs a kicking (coming from the usual Yanks) and others say Rivera was out of hand with what he did, he fired Bisping up and got a beating, get on with it and move on (the majority of the other posters).
Interested to see who he gets next. Chael Sonnen has come out and had a pop to try and get some attention, but with him currently serving a ban for drugs that fight wont happen.
Vitor Belfort has also come out and asked to fight Bisping. This could be good for both fighters and trigger a title shot from both sides, whoever wins. I doubt Mike can beat Vitor but you never know what could happen. Even moreso if the fight is inked in the UK card in June, although I doubt Belfort would want to come over. Having said that, they do need a headline fight for the UK card and apart from Hardy, you wont get any more headline over here at the moment than Bisping.
Onto other matters & Strikeforce. Paul Daley had an easy weekend smacking the hell out of his opponent in BAMMA 5. He has now been given the title shot in Strikeforce for April 9th against Nick Diaz. Looks a great fight on paper, will Diaz stand and trade with Daley and give him a chance or wil he watch the Koscheck tape and think, its time to take him down and dominate. Either way, Id love to see Daley connect with a big right to see how hard Diaz's chin actually is.

Yeah easy win for Daley doing what he does best!!
I cant see Diaz standing with him if he does hel get knocked out imo.
The channel that has strikeforce now (is it primetime??) do you have to subsribe like espn/sky or is it pay per view??

Just read this morning that Zuffa who own the UFC have bought out Strikeforce!
I dont know were that would leave Paul Daley but also read that hes sulking about it saying that he may pull out of his title fight with Diaz and just fight for BAMMA.....As he does not want to put cash in there pockets.
If thats true,he would be making a big mistake, effectively ruining what was left of his mma career!
theres a 20 minute video interview on bloody elbow with dana, which says as things stand, they're operating still as two seperate entities, all contracts that are in place will be honoured and for the time being scott coker gets to run strikeforce with minimal involvement from zuffa.

Surely the long term plan will be to use Strikeforce as a second tier competion to the UFC with fighters such as Overeem,Silva,Diaz etc moving over?
