Did the original point go over your head. The opinion given was that Mason is the most high profile player in the game today. Players that retired years ago dont count in that opinion. And filled in,really ?

We did, someone far higher profile, one of the greatest players ever to play the game called Peter Stirling,. In fact you could say Wakefield getting Wally Lewis is still bigger than him. Mason doesn't even compare.

It's a very difficult concept this "higher profile" and "playing ability" thing.
