For once was trying the opposite. This is a thread about increasing unsociable behaviour amongst a very small minority of Rovers supporters who like to verbally abuse the opposition. I've not posted up to now. Just pointing out that people might want to keep a close eye as if the abuse from these morons has a homophobic theme, Rovers take a financial bath. That is all. Given the lighter-throwing incident a few games ago and this week's events, can't imagine the RFL are in a very benevolent mood.

Why have an (apparant) go about something though if it's not happened yet? If he does get something stupid said to him then your fear will have been proved right, but at the moment it's silly to speculate IMO, in this day and age he shouldn't get any kind of abuse (nor should he have years ago either).
The light-throwing incident wasn't homophobic-related though AFAIK, so what's the link?
