That is simply not true, a big signing yes but mainly on past reputation but not what you are making him out to be. I like Mason and thought he did ok last season for the Cowboys but still only a patch on his former self. He'll do well for you but he is not what you have said in your post.

No he isn't the best player in the world but I would argue all day long that he is the 'most high profile player in the world' simply because I haven't seen anyone getting as many press inches as Willie has got for what ever reason in the past few years.
That makes him the most HIGH PROFILE player in the world.
