Did you get rid of all the voices in your head? Do you now miss them and the things that they said?

If we get 9000 we'd have added 2000 from the same fixture last year. To expect Mason to lift the crowd by 3000 for a full house is madness.

If memory serves - he was answering the unknown ETA of Mason and added that he was confident/expected he would be here soon and be playing in front of a full Craven Park.

Weather - patchy showers / becoming drier
I expect it to be dry come 3pm.

Why not?

If HKR had any ambition they would make sure it sold out, south stand £2 a go north £5 a go, sell the place out and hit the headlines

At least it'd look better than 10 doleys watching him train at a fiver a go

So we'd have a full North stand paying £5 rather then a 1/2 full North stand paying £17. We may well even have a full North paying £17 with the South stand empty. Anything over 9000 ion a cold day in March will be a massive bonus on last years 7200 on a lovely warmy day in the middle of May.

After a full-on week of hype? After GML's multiple rallying calls to people to bribe anyone they know to get there? After a press conference, a media registration storm, a pay-per-view training session and a celebration dinner (albeit cancelled)? The gate will be a fair bit more than 1700 up after all that I'd think.

For the home debut of the most high profile SL signing ever (in Rovers opinion), the David Beckham, the one and only? I think you're dialling this one down unnecessarily.

I rather think your trying to dial this situation up unnecessarily for your own gain come 5pm Sunday. you and I both know what crowd we'll see on Sunday.

Mason's not just for Crusaders he's for the season*

I'm sure there's plenty wanting to see the 'man' and some will pick their games.
Crusaders isn't a big draw to many 'floaters' and I'm sure games against Leeds and Wigan will be more appealing to them - hopefully we'll be playing better then too.

Sadly 9k at Craven Park is a realistic prediction (and you know it). Our ground currently doesn't cater too well for the less enthusiastic supporter out there.

*hopefully
